In May 2024, HOANG TAM proudly achieved the EcoVadis Bronze Medal, placing us in the top 35% of companies evaluated for sustainability during the 2023-2024 period. This milestone marks a significant step in our ongoing commitment to responsible business practices, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement in our sustainability management system.
To meet growing market demands, 2021 marked a significant expansion phase for Hoang Tam. We successfully constructed and launched our second manufacturing facility, spanning 5.000 m² in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province. Concurrently, we expanded our commercial footprint by opening a new Sales Representative Office in Tang Nhon Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, further enhancing our customer service and market reach.
Marking a significant milestone in our growth, we officially opened our Head Office at 51 Tran Phu Street, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City. In tandem with this expansion, we proudly achieved the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications. Installation of ASEPTIC TANK 2000L, CENTRIFUGAL HOT WATER TANK 6000L & DEODORIZATION AND DE-COLOR TANK 8000L for the SOLVENT TANKS SYSTEM-DONG THAP project of partner Vinh Hoan Collagen 03/2020. This project requires absolute precision in microbial mechanical fabrication as well as high-pressure pipeline connection engineering. The completion of this industrial storage tank system has helped optimize the collagen production line, fully meeting international standards for food and pharmaceutical hygiene and safety.
Hoang Tam - Installation of HOPPER & BAG TIPPING STATION for the NESTLÉ SHIMADA-JAPAN-POWDER HD project by partner GEA PROCESS ENGINEERING, 08/2020. This project required not only strict compliance with Nestlé’s rigorous international food safety standards but also the world-class quality management and installation techniques of the general contractor, GEA Process Engineering.
Hoang Tam - Installation of CARBON STEEL CONSTRUCTION FRAME, HOPPER & BAG TIPPING for GPJP KAJIMA JAPAN project of partner GEA NEW ZEALAND LTD in 12/2021 has affirmed our capacity as a general contractor for auxiliary mechanical fabrication and industrial installation on the map of international standard FDI projects.
Hoang Tam's installation of the MOBILE HIGH-SHEAR MIXER TANK 650L & LAB DOUBLE HIGH-SHEAR MIXER TANK 70L for SANOFI VIETNAM's PHARMACEUTICAL LAB project in December 2021 marks a milestone affirming our capabilities in designing, manufacturing, and installing sanitary stainless steel pressure vessels.
Hoang Tam - Installing BLENDING TANKS IN PROCESS for partner GEA PROCESS ENGINEERING's COCA-COLA SINGAPORE project in 12/2019 is a clear testament to our capability in consulting, fabricating, and installing sanitary storage tanks of global quality standards.
In GMP-compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing, equipment sterility and precision are critical factors determining the quality of each batch of medicine. In March 2020, Hoang Tam affirmed its position by successfully completing the design, fabrication, and installation of a MOBILE MIXING TANK for the PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTION PROCESS project of its partner, SANOFI VIETNAM.
